Request deletion of your Parlour account and associated data

How to delete your account

Preferred (instant): Open the Parlour app → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. This deletes your account immediately while you are signed in.
Or request by email form: If you cannot use the in-app option, submit the form below with the email we can reply to, plus the phone number or email you used to sign in to Parlour.
We verify the request and delete the account. Web requests are normally completed within 30 days of receiving enough information to identify your account. We will reply by email when done, or if we need more details.

When your Parlour account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profile and account credentials (phone / email / OAuth sign-in linkage)
Bookshelf entries, reading status, and personal notes
AI chats and chat messages
In-app purchase / subscription entitlement records we store for your Parlour account
Content reports and other account-linked app data

Deletion archive (limited): We may keep a small record that an account was deleted (former account ID, phone/email on file at deletion, membership tier at deletion, deletion timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and billing dispute handling. This is not a usable Parlour profile.
Shared book catalog: Public book metadata cached for all users (title, cover, description) is not personal account data and is not deleted when one user leaves.
Support messages: Contact/support messages you sent may remain with personal identifiers removed or unlinked where applicable.
Apple / Google store records: Purchases and subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play are retained by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting your Parlour account does not cancel an active store subscription — cancel in Google Play subscriptions or Apple subscription settings to stop future charges.

We do not keep your deleted personal reading history or chat content as an active product feature after account deletion.
